Delta Dawn part 3
Trying to get the directions for part 3. That issue never showed up and when I called about it they said they were all sold out and couldn't get it to me. Since then I've been trying to get directions to part 3. Have templates, need to know how to make the sets and how many.

I used a large overall side to side pattern went very fast. I had a few bumps. Larger the pattern I think works best. Hope this helps. I am a newbee to longarm quilting.

Delta Dawn Mystery Quilt
Love the Delta Dawn Quilt. Just finished it. Did it as a paper pieceing project instead of using the templates. Less cutting of small pieces. Really turned out great. But need to know if anyone has tried to chose a pattern for the longarm to quilt it. Having trouble with most patterns due to too many quilt seams being too bulky.

Excited that we know what it looks like
Have to say I won't hurry to my mailbox so fast now. I have been so eager to see what the final layout of our quilt was going to be. Laid my pieces out last night and love it. Now just have to sew it together and decide on border(s). Think I will do at least two of varying widths. We need to post the completed tops for all to see, would love to see otheres

magazine and downloads should be same size
The templates printed in the magazine are sized correctly. The templates that you can download are sized correctly (before you print, make sure your "page scaling" is set to "none"). The finished block should be 3". I just printed it out and laid it over the magazine and they lined up perfectly.

Still Not Right?????
The templates, when printed from the "download and print" are the SAME SIZE as the ones in the magazine. The WEBxtra instructions on page 80 of April/May 2010 to "print the full-size templates". What is the rignt size??????

Dear sirs: Please PRINT templates in Magazine so we can get them! I do not appreciate paying for the mag then NOT getting parts, pieces......just a cranky website.. Ruler--pencil---see? it's EASY!!!

To find these templates, scroll down on the web extras page to Feb/Mar issue, click on the icon for Delta Dawn. Obviously the April/May one should work the same, but someone forgot a link. Hope all of our efforts will eventually wake someone up!

Just got off the line - left msg w/Corp Ofc (no one home today) letting them know about template issue. Earlier I talked w/2 800 #'s for QNM - 800-944-0736 who referred me to 800-590-3465. Neither of whom could help. 2nd CS Rep provided an e:mail address: QUESTIONS@QNM.COM - said to tell them what was going on to seek resolution. Anyone else want to try them?

Magazine in trouble ?
Is this another magazine that after accepting subscriptions is suddenly going to disappear? Sure hope not but am beginning to wonder.

Delta Dawn
Last year was to be my last for subscribing to QN but, in my last issue was the 1st of the Delta Dawn....I was intrigued....so re-subscribed to get the rest of the directions. I think I may have made a big mistake because they are not providing waht they promise in the magazine. I'm really disappointed and irritated. This marks my 3rd attempt to located those illusive templates for part 3.

I wrote an email to the "contact" address but so far it hasn't done anything to resolve the problem of the missing templates. I agree with the other writer that something has gone wrong. There also have been no blogs from the Editor. What's the problem?????

? Disconnect berween magazine and web site ?
Magazine lists Birds in a Row under Web Extras, but it isn't there. I did find it by entering it in the search window. Template patterns for Delta Dawn are listed under Web Extras in the magazine - and again under Web Extras in the web site - but they aren't there. I couldn't find them elsewhere on the web site, either. I'm finding the web site far inferior to what it was a few months ago. What happened? Is anyone reading the user comments?
